Today’s Peestick + Easter Basket
This is actually the second peestick I’ve done today. The first was right when I got home from work, and I had been drinking plenty of fluids (go me) which resulted in dilute pee so a lighter line. And we can’t have that. So, after sleeping five hours, we get:
And the slightly lighter but too light for me given I’m neurotic stick is going in the parents’ Easter basket that I’m going out on a limb and sending this afternoon. Eep. (But isn’t it cute? And the little chick cheeps at you when you press his belly.) The card inside says “Our little chick is due to arrive November 26th.” This gives them a bit of time to adjust to the idea before talking to me, which is all to the good.

I have an objection to the placement of the pee stick so close to my beloved Cadbury creme eggs. But it’s a darling way to tell the soon-to-be grandparents!!!

That is adorable….although, like the above poster, I’m a little disturbed by the image of the pee stick so close to chocolate… 😀

Love the basket! I thought an Easter basket with a little chickadie would be the cutest way to share the good news, too. 🙂

Oh, that little chick is just too cute! Love seeing that line get darker, and a big huge congrats on a nice strong beta number!!!!! Hope Friday’s number is perfectly perfect as well.
