Chocolate

I just made the most lovely chocolate cake (the same one I make every year) in anticipation of the beginning of my birthday extravaganza tomorrow night.  Yummy.  Chocolate.  Mmmm…

I whipped the icing with the mixer this year, instead of whisking it, and it’s a lot fluffier.  We’ll see if I like it in the final analysis.  Looks pretty good on the cake, and tasted great off of the beaters, so we’ll see.

 One more day of twenty-seven.
